1. Just Listen: Click on the Audio MP3 icon  a wait for your default audio play to start.

2. Download and Listen later: Right click the Audio MP3 icon  and save the file to your local computer. Then listen to it when ever you want.

3. Subscribe to a podcast in ITunes: Click on the iTunes icon  in the right column and once your iTunes application opens to the CBCAudio page in the iTunes store, select subscribe.

4. Subscribe to a podcast in other podcast catcher: Select the RSS Podcast button  and click subscribe. Copy the RSS link into your favorite Podcast catcher.
