Hope is what I’ve
found in Your arms again.

and strength is what You’ve given to me.
These words speak volumes about the worship
at Cornerstone. The goal of those on the worship team
is to create a atmosphere where hearts and minds will be focused
on Christ. It‘s more than just music, it’s a message
of hope, faith, and love…
The Praise Team
The members of the worship team come from many
different musical backgrounds. Ranging from those who have been
performing for many years to, those who have only recently felt
to call to glorify God through music. The common bond is their
love of music combined with their desire to worship. The
band at Cornerstone combines powerful vocals, guitar, piano,
bass, and drums to bring the message alive! From fast moving
songs of praise, to soul searching songs aimed at touching hearts.
Contemporary Style - Biblical Foundation
The worship
at Cornerstone is contemporary is style, but holds fast
to biblical principles. Psalms 150 says: Praise the Lord! Praise
the Lord in His sanctuary praise Him in His mighty firmament.
Praise Him for His mighty acts, praise Him according to His
excellent greatness! Praise Him with the sound of the trumpet!
Praise Him with the lute and harp! Praise Him with the timbrel
and dance! Praise Him with stringed instruments and flutes!
Praise Him with loud cymbals, praise Him with crashing cymbals!
Let everything that has breathe praise the Lord!
"Hope to the hopeless,
faith to believe,
love to the lost ones who need strength to see.
You’re the God of creation and You’ve given me
hope, faith, and love and the strength to believe."
